In our warehouse queue query

I ordered my computer on Tuesday afternoon and chose the 2 day delivery, and I was on the phone to customer service today just asking how the shipping dates are handled,
and he said it would be here by friday,
however on the order form it has said " In our warehouse queue " for the past 30 or so hours...

What does that mean? :/

I couldn't see it getting here by Friday if its still in the queue today...

chances are if you ordered an entire machine, it's being built? it usually takes more than 5 minutes matey specially if some parts are dud
