In/Out board & room booking system for outlook?

Hey Guys

I'm looking for ideas on how to get an in/out board and a room booking system working in outlook for a few people to share

My first thought was to use outlook shared calendars but it's not really made for this task

Has anyone got any other ideas I could look into?

Might not be what you're after, but we run a Moodle server where I am, and there is a plugin that allows you to run room booking system inside of moodle.

Not a great solution.

If you're any good with a bit of HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL you could quickly create your own.
