In Praise of Crucials RMA Service

I thought I would post about a rather pleasant experience I have had with Crucial. I have some Ballistix, which went bad so I called them up on Monday morning to get a RMA number. A rather lovely Scottish girl gave me one and I went to the Post Office sometime after 11am to send it off via Special Delivery, which cost £4.50. The girl said that I should have the RAM by the end of the week so imagine my suprise when 2 sealed sticks of RAM were delivered to the office this morning! I think everyone can agree that that's great service and I will continue purchasing their products in the future.

Has everyone else had good service from them?
 
Over the last two weeks I have had to return two OCUK 6800 GS AGP cards which were faulty out of the box. Both RMA's were dealt with very quickly and efficiently and the last one was a refund too which they managed to turn round in 5 days. I would have to agree that the service is very good.If they could get some quality reliable stock in everything would be excellent :p
