I had to return my pc to OcUK as i was having trouble with it.Living on The Isle Of Man it means quite a few carriers dealing with it.Anyway not only did OcUK fix the problem they built the whole pc with new components and not only that they put in some really good upgrades!!! I wish to say a really big thank you to the managment especially David Midlling and his staff for being so patiant with me as i am not the most patiaint of people. I personally would recomend OcUk for any sort of purchase or repair

speed limits are comming in on the isle of man slowley but surley.But to get back to my pc i now have not only 4000+ cpu, 2 7800gt graphic cards. But also a fatality sound card and windows installed also how cool is that?

They have been fine with me, albeit a bit slow on an RMA, but that was irivers fault for not sending a replacement out, not OcUK. I rang up to enquire after 3 weeks and got told if they didnt have a replacement off Iriver within 7 days they would send me a brand new unit, sure enough 7 days later i had a brand new unit (cheers for that Gibbo) :)

Really good service, you just have to be patient tryign to get through to them.
 
Never had a problem with OCUK, can't say the same about the local Amtrak monkeys though, hence I've placed no large orders (ie. larger than I could have shipped with Special Delivery) with them in over a year now.
