Ok I have decided to create a new thread so I can update some pictures.

I have taken the computer apart and rebuilt it.
I have purposefully not installed the GPU yet so the case is a little easier to see.

It seems like I have quite a few empty sockets/pins on my Mobo

I am not really sure how the fans connect to this part of the mobo..

The only plugs I have left are the following:

Well it looks like you have some fan headers and front panel connectors spare. Fans either come with molex or 3-pin connectors. The 3 pin connector provides power (red and black wires) and a tachometric signal in the yellow wire. You have 2 SATA, one molex and one floppy remaining.

EDIT: Cable management advice - route all the PSU cables through the large hole at the bottom.

ATX - First vertical hole
SATA - Second vertical hole

If you need a video to help you to build/cable manage I suggest these ones:

EDIT 2: Reading your spec thread, use MX-2/3/4 next time. AS5 was good 5 years ago, but not now (it requires 'break-in' to fully work).

I've done a mini-guide for you about cable management. :)

1. 8 pin EPS
2. ATX 24 pin
3. SATA + Graphics power
4. All PSU cables go though here, back of the mobo tray and though their respective holes. Front panel connectors also go though here.

guys your all wonderful thanks for helping me!

Ok, I've hooked up my VGA.

When I push power on: CPU fan starts, Case fan starts, and GPU fan starts. I've connected my monitor to my VGA using the adapter that came with the package. However, nothing is showing up on my monitor.

3 Left most three lights on my bios are illuminated
What should my next course of action be..?

Are you talking about the power phase LEDs? Those indicate the number of power phases currently active.

Is the power to your GTX480 connected?

Check the ram is seated correctly and notches locked in, check all power connections to the board are seated fine, and as above, connect/check the 6-pin and 8-pin connectors are installed on to the card.

Oh I am so dumb I forgot to connect the 2 pin..
My CPU fan is running reallllly fast..
Did i possible not put it on the correct side

also. how do i install w7?

the fan header is keyed on both connector and socket so it's unlikely it's on the wrong way.

Connect your video up correctly and it should be fine;)

If it's running at full speed it suggests he plugged into a 3 pin fan header and not a 4 pin PWM fan header.

EDIT: Can't find the picture you are talking about.

First picture you come to above us, I admit the quality is still not great but it looks like it is in the right position.

Might it be on full speed by default, check bios when operating lol. Speaking of operating, has it come on yet matey?

Have you sorted your cables out using Vinni3 @H|H's mini-guide yet?

How about some nice finished in focus shots;)
