In theory, what would it take to run a 3D Vision Triple monitor setup?

Hi all was wondering, I don't think triple head to go can handle the bandwidth for 3 monitors at 120hz, so do you think this approach to immersive gaming will ever be possible? Or maybe the layout of triple screens does not lend itself well to 3d Vision, it might just make you puke instantly...

Also for any kind of performance are we talking tri or quad sli?
Gonna be an expensive setup regardless...

Each 120hz display needs a dual link dvi output. So you'll need a graphics card with three of those. I dont think theres anything unfeasible about that.

You'll need 120FPS at 5+ megapixels of resolution which is going to be nigh on impossible in current games, perhaps 2-3 year old stuff is doable

I wonder how older GPU's like sli 260's and 280's will fare cos it's enabled on them too.
Wish I had a 285 now as finding another in the future seems easier to do, wouldn't have dx11 though...
