In this a good contract?

So I am looking to upgrade from PAYG to a contract. With Orange at the moment. Could stay with them or move to o2 (gf's provider)

I have a SE W810i at the moment which I use as an MP3 player as well.

The contract;

18 months - £25 online offer/£30 instore.
Free SE W890i
400mins anytime/any network
Unlimited texts.

I don't phone a huge amount, and don't really want to be paying over £25 a month. I probably spend up to £20 a month now. I know the phone isn't that new (would still cost around £150 new) but it is slim/none flip, and solid with expandable memory.

Opinions appreciated.

All depends on how much you use your phone now, do you think its good? do you think you might go over your Mins/Txt.

Is it too much? maybe you could look for a different contract, which will be cheaper?

Works out total repayable is £450.

Which works out cheaper than if I bought the phone for £150 and topped up with £20 a month for the same duration. Works out £510 ish.

I could get the same deal but for £20 a month with 200 minutes & unlimited texts. £360 total, and I could sell the phone or the upgrade when the contract is up.

I think it makes sense to go for it. I don't think I would go over 400 minutes to be honest, more of a texter.
