In this hot weather...

reckon everyone on air is gonna see about +8c in this heat, my little barton is idleing away at 48c, thats usually the load temp. i'll just run the fan a bit faster at load and try to keep it around 54c. this massive crt isnt helping either its like a radiator but nice in the winter :)

yeah, mine is 8' to 10' hotter than usual, the resent addition of a second 7800 GTX isn't helping matters though, the two together is like having a little blast furnace just below my cpu... not great

My X2 3800+ is 3c lower.

Don't know why, I moved it out from my room and put it downstairs next to a window where the sun shines on it all day and it has made the temps lower. The room I moved it to is hotter than mine so i'm a bit confused.
Idle - 29c
Load - 46c

I would try not to let the cpu go above 55c, 60c at the max.

i dont know why we all bother about the heat :p

Ive never actually seen a thread where someones cpu or gfx baked during a hot summer,

Please excuse me if there was one :)

my X800XTPE is up idling at 49C
It's normally only at 39!

CPU is up to 56C from around 48C, idle. (Prescott :()

My X2 at 2.66GHz is idling at 41 degrees C at the moment with XP120. It's normally around 35 C. Fairly toasty but as long as it's stable, who cares.

With quiet and cool im idling @ 32-35c, load @ 55-65c

System temp is 42-45c as normal.

This is with the Scythe Ninja heatsink and 120mm Accoustic dust proof fan set on 7 volts which is still quiet and reasonable.

I think thats ok considering my box rooms a mini microwave and its always 30c inside regardless...

My x2 3800 is idling at 39degC using a zalman 9500 cooler. Room temp is 29-30. Its the hottest room in the house from 3:00pm onwards. God damn'it.

odd. my room was roasting yesterday. case temps were 37c and i have a very well ventilated case. my cpu never goes above 50c. boiling in the room though, 32c in my room. the room faces the sun so in the morning when the sun comes up my room gets super heated real fast end up waking up by 7:30ish since it gets so hot.

good thing the pc has the BIG TYPHOON cooling it down.
