normally the max is 46c but its 30+c here today

Whenever summer hits I have to underclock my CPU and lower FSB so that my computer doesnt churn out heat into my room. Ive got all my system fans running at 5v (CPU and GPU aswell) and my idle temps are in the 50s, but under load temps rise by about 5 degrees all in.

Well I'm off the opposite direction and clocking my cpu even mroe in this heat to torture it. At 2.9ghz now on my Sandy 3700+ @ 1.5vcore on air. Max temp was 57c running S&M during the week and Idle at 32 right now.

Those temps you posted are acceptable.
