In Tray Exercises & Psychometric Tests

Hi all,

Got through to a 2nd Stage Interview, which will be based on the above.

I've done a couple of 'test' scenarios and questions and they seem pretty straight forward, it comes across as more so having to sit and read the questions thoroughly, and not answer in haste...

Any tips?

Just work quickly but carefully. Depends on the industry for specifics. fiinance ones tend to include lots of questions to do with percentages etc. As for the in-tray, the first part of mine was multiple choice and then I had to draft two email replies. Didn't think it was difficult at all, although I don't know my actual marks for that section. Got the job though...
