"in warehouse Queue"

I ordered some bits for My new PC yesterday, but it says they are "in our warehouse Queue". I am trying to figure out if that is something wrong my end, like for example the payment for my card hasn't gone thru right (in other words, I mistyped the security numbers or something on the card) or if OCUK are just swamped with stuff.

I know there is no shop talk, I dont want any support, and I am not having a go at OCUK, I am just wondering what that status means

Has your's gone away yet? I am feeling a little bit more happy that someone else has it. I was starting to worry that I put my card details wrong, I was starting to feel like a plonker

Maybe one of the items we ordered is out of stock?

i havent had a confirmation email saying that its been sent, but i'm assuming it has been for now. if i dont get it today which is when i ordered it for then i'll send a webnote.

on a similar line ive got an order from december still in my "outstanding orders" bit on the website lol.

Maybe the item has been sent out then? I didn't get a confirmation ordered that it had been sent either, only that they had recieved the order. I sent a webnote to OCUK, so I guess I will see what they say

(once again, not slating OCuk, I understand you guys are run off your feet there).

most likely somethings out of stock, or theyv been understaffed lately so theres becoming a bit of a backlog

if the payment had failed common sense would denote you'd get an email saying payment failed, lol

generally means that something on your order is out of stock.

It's quite possible you did an order for next day correct i.e monday to friday. . if your shipment missed the actual cut off time for sending out next day, I am almost certain your item wont because saturday delivery costs more than the standard £8.95 ???

It happend to me last week & looks it's happend to me again, I really should make my order a lot earlier instead of like 3:30pm! :rolleyes:

Well, as I said I placed the order at 2:41 PM, so I guess it is slightly possible that I missed the next day shipping.

All the items reported 10+ apart from the DVD drive, thay says 2 are in stock :/

I really hope I recieve everything by monday/tuesday, because my optical drive died on me so I can't even start backing up in preperation of formatting. I guess I ordered to late or something
