In warehouse queue?

Hey, ordered a keyboard yesterday (2nd) which was in stock (still is) and paid for next day delivery.

its still in warehouse queue?

how come? kind of defeats the point of next day delivery, i know i ordered too late to dispatch yesterday but how come its not sent today?

my current keyboard is crusted is food/semen

Could still be backlog from Black Friday/Cyber Monday stuff and/or just busy due to the time of year.

I ordered on 28 Nov, 14, 12:57 pm next day as well still waiting but i understand that there is and will be a backlog of orders still from black friday. So i am not bothered tomuch as i understand these things happen.

I did put a post in the private section and Damo helped me even offered to put it on Saturday deliverly if it dosn't arrive by friday thats epic customer support and why i keep coming back to Ocuk.

I seem to have got lucky as ordered on Friday 28th Nov after cut off, dispatched Monday 1st Dec (via Royal Mail) and arrived today.

However I do understand from their Facebook that there is a backlog in the warehouse. I am sure they'll get all affected customers sorted

either way you look at it. next day delivery is . next day after its actually send. if you didnt pay next day you would still technically be waiting on it for longer.

but i know i ordered 5 fans friday morning, they didnt get dispatched until monday. so obviously warehouse delays from the busy weekend. cant blme the guys i would say close to £500,000 worth of orders over the weekend

I ordered something monday was in queue till today when it got shipped. I assume they just bogged down as were all etailers who did blackfriday stuff. Hoping for 2 bags of haribo as compensation.

iv had the same issue ordered a motherboard at 1am on the 3rd and it still says its Order Status: Printed in our warehouse guess i will be getting it monday

This is the longest I've EVER had to wait for an order from OcUK.
