In Win are continuing to release some absolutely stunning cases, and today we're please to introduce the 909 Full Tower Case and the BQ696 (aka 'Chopin') Mini-ITX Chassis. The 909 is a full sized equivalent to the 904, and features a similar design, with a full aluminium front panel and tempered glass side panels, which looks fantastic! With the added size, the 909 packs some serious hardware support, such as 360mm rear and 280mm front radiator support, along with space for a 240mm radiator at the bottom. 320mm VGA cards and 175mm CPU coolers are also no problem for this case, and with E-ATX motherboard support, size won't be an issue!

The BQ696 aka Chopin on the other hand is aimed at the HTPC market, and with the lovely brushed aluminium front panel, it would look at home in most peoples living rooms! The BQ696 is Mini-ITX form factor and has a 150W 80+ Bronze power supply included, with space for 2 x 2.5" HDD's and 43mm slim coolers. The front I/O can be colour customised to your own tastes with 4 options included. For a special looking HTPC media centre, this case will be hard to beat for looks and style.

Both these models are available in Black & Silver and will be available around the end of October, so preorder now as first stocks will be strictly limited!

The 909 is one of the prettiest cases I've seen yet, especially with the glass side panel.

I'll wait to see how cable management and cooling is on it though.

But can you imagine having to clean it over and over lol

Yeah true, and opening the side panel is going to be quite the chore. I have to clean my 760t fairly often as it is, so it's no different for me.

I think the InWin cases look stunning, it's just a matter of aesthetics over functionality I guess!

damn that 909 in Black with the glass panel is gorgeous - but I'd be singing soprano the rest of my days if her indoors found out I spent 330 quid on a pc case :(

They certainly seem to be going with form over function... same as with the 805, looks stunning but big questions over cooling performance

Isn't the section at the back (the cable management section) going to be a big heat trap if you are using GPUs with blowers?

If you mean the bit to the left of this:

bkfZp6a.png

It's supposed to be a gap between the PCIe slots to the rear of a case - Mainly to mount a 360/280/240/140/120mm radiator, but yeah, I'd imagine it wouldn't be optimal for blower coolers, however I can't see it being too bad if you put an exhaust fan there to aid them.

I really like the look of this In Win Choppin mini-ITX case at £80. It would be interesting to spec out an HTPC base build including the case, psu, mobo, CPU & ram. And compare it to other alternatives such as Zotac or Intel NUC.

That's no way to justify spending £300 on a case. If a filter only costs a couple of quid then having them included doesn't make it worth all that money all of a sudden.
