Now available for preorder, the In-Win H-Frame 2.0. Once again, In-Win have created a concept case that not only looks fantastic, but comes with some truly innovative features, including an aluminium & tempered glass constructed 1065W 80+ Platinum Power Supply, created specifically for the H-Frame 2.0, along with a built-in lighting system with six levels of lighting effects, plus adjustable brightness from 0 - 100%. The H-Frame 2.0 itself comprises of 9 stacked sheets of aluminium with tempered glass side panels leading to a absolutely stunning result. Despite the limitations caused by the impressive design, the H-Frame 2.0 can still support 330mm VGA cards (up to 440mm with the removal of the HDD bay), a 360mm rad in the roof and 185mm CPU coolers.

This case blew me away when I saw it at Computex, and I'm sure anyone who has the wedge to spend on this case will feel the same way. We will have a limited number of units arriving within the next few weeks and stock as always with these concept cases will be strictly limited!

Every time there's a ** NEW IN-WIN CASE ** thread, I'm always blown away. Even the cheaper units are lovely.

My next ATX case will definitely be the best InWin I can afford (so one of the cheapest ones :D )
 
At least this explains how they are able to sell the 303 so cheap... make an absolute killing of the handful of these they sell. I'm all for it though, let Mr Moneybags give us regular folk the opportunity to buy a quality affordable case. ;)

Not sure they do much more than cover their costs if they are lucky with these cases. Really it's an exercise in marketing and pushing their mass produced volume models into the limelight. It certainly works :)
 
I like their D-Frame mini concept design very much. However the tubing they use is rather too fat, and the whole thing is too much thickness / wasted space. Its not practical enough.

I simply do not believe this case would cost anywhere near £1200 to manufacture!! They've clearly gone to great lengths to make it special, but no way is there not a profit margin on these. Even if you made a case like this yourself (assuming you had the tools) it wouldn't cost anywhere near that. The PSU is a big chunk of the cost of course, but what is that... a cool design, a few different materials and lighting... they've hardly reinvented the wheel, it's still just a standard PSU under the skin. Don't get me wrong though, it's a lovely case... I'd have one if I were an extremely wealthy man! ;)

Agreed, it wouldn't cost anywhere near £1200 to manufacture, but then we have the R&D costs & tooling for both the case and the power supply. These products are completely bespoke and require a great deal of effort to bring to fruition. Added to that is that there is a limited run of these cases by nature of the difficulty to produce, so it's not like they can mass produce until they are turning a profit. Add those on and if they break even, then mission accomplished.
