Absolutely love the look and concept of that case. If I had the technical means and skills to build such a thing I'd go for it without any hesitation of a doubt, although modding a different case's side and front panels to produce a similar effect might be reasonably plausible.

Time to start researching one-way mirrors and how to half-silver glass...
 
Silver look window tinting film would give a similar effect.

Not keen on that particular look myself but black tinted glass would do it for me...

Have been looking at this sort of stuff for the last day or two, and the kernel of a plan is forming...

I'm sure there'll be a lot of experimenting to do if you want to light up the components inside like the above case. Overcoming the VLT reduction from the tint film and the amount of light reflected by the silvering in various ambient light conditions.

At a guess dim-able LED's would be a good place to start.
 
I can only assume its going to be bloody heavy as well. Looks tasty though. I've seen doors have the electronic glass that turns mirrored once a current goes through it, would be cool to have that on the side panel, so you can turn the inside viewing on.
