Incoming emails keep going into the junk folder

Hey,

currently have a problem where most incoming emails are going to the junk folder. (office 365 exchange email).

The email account has been active for years but only last week had the SPF record added (recipients weren't all recieving all emails either).

A filter was setup to send all incoming email to the inbox to override this but when I was sending out emails they were also going to the inbox.

Any advice at all please?
