Incomplete order (quick question)

I've just received a delivery from OcUK but one of the items I order wasn't delivered. It's not really a big deal, annoying though. I just wanted to know how I should contact OcUK in this situation (phone or webnote)?

I'd go through the webnote system as it provides you a record of contact.

I was missing some thermal paste with mine, gave em a quick ring and sorted in seconds.
