Inconsistency in overclock?

Firing Squad Inconsistency?

At the bottom of the page, there are three screenies. It shows the E4300 at:

1.392v with 341*9=3069.7Mhz

&

1.213v with 398*9=3582.5MHz

Anyone care to answer why the lower voltages is getting a higher clock?

Thanks for the clarification mate. Would Coretemp be a more suitable choice for reading voltages?
