Hey guys, this is my first post please be gentle! 
I have a hp omen 15-ce012na, gtx 1060 6 gb (with max q design), 16 gb ram, 1tb ssd, i7 7700 cpu.
Whenever I play most of my games a get between 3-120 fps (120 is my cap) but my fps rate has is normally on the lower side of the scale.
to make life easier for those who will help, here is some info. I have whisper mode off, I have nvidia overlay off, I've tried with ethernet cable in (probably not the cause), I have the latest graphics driver installed, I have windows 10 home (64bit latest update) I don't have max settings on my games either.
what can i do to fix this. If this is too vague still let me know what info you need and I may be able to provide.
