Increase memory speed affects cpu temps?

On my i7 930 is it normal that when i increase my memory speed from 1066mhz to its default 1600mhz idle temps go from 50 degrees to 60 degrees?

The memory controller is on the CPU so I can see how higher speed RAM might increase the CPU temperature.

I don't know this for a fact though.
