Hrmmm... I decided I may aswell increase my budget, it is now £900, I need absolutely everything, mouse, keyboard, monitor, operating system etc...

I do need to stick to this budget though!!

Thanks in advance for replies.

You would be about £5 over the budget with this but I think it is well worth it as it will overclock brilliantly, if the budget it really that strict then knock it down to a 200gb hard drive and you will be on budget. :)

A 1.86Ghz C2D, For some reason I really want a 2.4 :P

Maybe I am just being silly?

Edit: Also, is it worth getting a 22" widescreen? or will 19" suffice? Big difference?

Edit 2: Will the PSU provided with the case suffice also? Or would I need to buy a different one?

The E6320 will overclock well, particularly with the Ram which is capable of 1000mhz (normally although nothing is guaranteed with overclocking) but if the CPU doesn't go past the stock speed of 2.4ghz of the E6600 I would be stunned frankly. The thing about getting a more expensive CPU is that you then have to compromise in other areas which doesn't make sense to me given that the CPU is the easiest to overclock, additionally you are less likely to notice the difference between a 1.86ghz CPU and 2.4ghz than the difference between an 8800GTS and an X1950pro.

There is a fair difference in screen size between 19" and 22" although not quite so huge in resolution terms. I just picked it because it is on special offer and has decent specifications although I know little about monitors.

The PSU is fine and will allow a good overclock on the CPU. :)

I prefer more "screen real estate" (to use that horrible phrase) where possible and given the difference in price between 19" and 22" I think it is worthwhile overall but if you don't want it then don't bother. It certainly isn't necessary. :)
