Currently have 32gb, looking at having another 32gb added.just wrote up a reply that it should be easy as the memory is available but just noticed I can't use any more slots as my air cooler takes up space.
Where's all the 64gb kits at 6000?
Thats what i currently have:
Corsair Vengeance RGB EXPO 32GB (2X16GB) DDR5 PC5-48000C30 6000MHz

And my only option seems to be going with 5600c36. Is that going to be a drop in gaming performance? City skylines 2 sounds like it needs 64gb of memory, hopefully it will actually be okay on my pc but the memory might let it down.

So many questions. I need more information.

What’s your budget?

What motherboard and CPU do you have?

What does the motherboard QVL list say for the RAM?

64gigs at 6000MT/s CL30 isn’t exactly easy to run for the memory controller.

I’d think that City Skylines wouldn’t actually care how fast the RAM is and would just want more RAM.

You probably wouldn’t notice the difference between 6000 CL30 and 5600 CL whatever for a game like City Skylines.

Faster RAM would better for Counter Strike and other first person games that need a million FPS.

Corsair do a 64GB (2x32GB) AMD EXPO 6000 CL30 Kit: CMK64GX5M2B6000Z30
That's great thank you. If city skylines 2 runs out of memory then I'll get this. Can see games going to need more than 32gb in a year or two. Shocked that the increase in memory is rising quickly. 16gb used to last ages.
