If you look futher down you'll see another thread with an issue for this GTX. After several nvflash -4 -5 -6 new.rom on 9 or 10 different bios's it might be the voltage that is at fault. DVD/browsing is fine but try and play a game and it's like there is not enough volts been supplied to the card. I tried Nibitor but I can only select 1.3volts for the 3d section and everything else is greyed out, is there a programme I can use to edit a bios file to increase the 3d voltage, I am 99% certain that this IS the issue.

Thanks.

This every game you try it in?Maybe try underclocking and see if it is indeed lack of volts =/

google mvktech, theres a user on the forum thats helped some of us SLI 8800m GTX uses with our bios with a volt increase maybe he can mod your bios for you.
