Incredimail problem

A friend has been using this e-mail client for over a year now on both of his computers. Now, he started using Outlook 2003 and would like to convert all his mail from Incredimail to Outlook or Outlook Express.
I've looked around and can't seem to find any way to do this.

Is there a way???

My wife used to use Incredimail and though I never used it myself, she couldn't get on with it for long and got rid of it.

As you probably know by now, it's basically skinned Outlook Express but with its own mail storage folder. But be careful if you ever come to uninstall it, because if it doesn't uninstall correctly it screws up OE.

After my wife uninstalled Incredimail, OE would take about a minute to start up and would take an age to connect and download anything from the mailserver.

Eventually we discovered Incredimail hadn't uninstalled all its files and simply deleting them from the Progam Files folder sorted it out. So if that's why you want to convert back to Outlook Express, make sure you check that all the files are gone after uninstalling!
