Incredimail

I've been going round google with not much luck.

I have a friend who's windows has gone corrupt, she wants her emails backed up, but I can't find out where their located or what the file type is.

Anybody able to help? :confused:

should be in either:
C:\Documents and Settings\***USERNAME***\Local Settings\Incredimail
or
C:\Documents and Settings\***USERNAME***\Application Data\Incredimail

if there are loads of files, just copy the whole folder over to the new installation of windows after you've re-installed incredimail

go to search and type IM then a folder called IM should be found. just copy that. if it doesn't find it u will need to tick the search hidden files and folders option....

its C:\Documents and Settings\***USERNAME***\Application Data\IM (not C:\Documents and Settings\***USERNAME***\Application Data\Incredimail)
