InDesign guru's here please. I need a little HELP!

I'm currently working on some labels. I'm using data merge to import a list of names. This is working fine, however I'm running into problems getting the text size to fill the text frame.

I've done a google and tried a few scripts, however I'm still getting no joy (The script either just resizes the first entry in the merge and uses that same size font for them all, or just plain doesn't work).

All there seems to be out the is tutorials on auto resizing text frames, and nothing on resizing text.

Was hoping someone here could help

A little bit, the idea of this is to data merge a number of names in (can be in the hundreds). Would certainly take a lot of time to resize them all manually and negate the speeding up process that data merge allows
