Indian food

I have a small problem everytime i have an indian takeaway or meal i have a problem where i can`t get to sleep untill 3-4am after is there something in them that could keep me awake?
Unless the local indian takeaway hates me and is spiking my food with something i have know idea what it its.

We only have one once a month,and yes i have it late say around 7pm.May have to give them up then lol

Well i gave up drinking alcohol a while back and have been drinking coke zero instead,it can`t be that can it i thought there was no caffene in coke zero.

No can do i`ve given up smoking so the smell of a beer makes me want a smoke,blahh i can`t win lol.
