One of my Indian colleagues did get me some spices the other week. Now I got no actual idea what to make with them so I'm turning to the all-knowing OC forum :D

The spices I've got is Dhania powder/coriander powder, mild madras, tandoori masala and Achar Gosht.

I'm looking for something to make in the slow cooker in the weekend.

Any suggestions?

Make a lamb Achar Gosht with the Achar Gosht....If it was in a packet (for example made by Shan), I would typically half the quantity of spice stated on the back of the packet and be sure not to add any more salt as salt is the main ingredient in these spice mixes.

That sounds good. I've been tempted to try make something with lamb as I don't tend to make that often. And I got the Shan made Achar Gosht as well. Will see what recipes I can find that is suitable for a slow cooker.
