Hi

I ride a 2K hornet and i have just fitted new indicators all round (not genuine honda ones and not LED) and now all my indicators flash double quick.

I've done very little work on bike's so I need a bit of help on this one.

Any Ideas

Cheers.

Hmmm you will either need an aftermarket indicator relay unit, around £20 I think or you can get individual resistors I think for each indicator and they plug in line with the indicator leads, if you get ones for honda fitment you dont even need to cut any wires.

Ebay should have what you need or a local Infinity or Hein Gericke should have them too.

Something like this I would guess, I know it says LED but the ones you bought must be lower wattage than OEM ones.

What he said ^^

If you've already wired them all in, by far the easiest option is to get a new indicator relay unit as you wont have to mess about with putting inline resistors in.

You may be able to find a relay unit on ebay. If you can use your google kung fu and find some sort of diagram/instructions to locate/replace your current relay as I'm sure someone has already been in your position.

You could also take it and take it to a local bike shop who might be able to source you a replacment.

Good luck.
