They did one a little while ago and was quite good.
A bunch of devs spend the weekend making a game and have streams with everything they are doing. I enjoyed it last time was pretty interesting watching the entire progress quite literally from a drawing board to all the art/coding and play testing. If you donate you get the game they have made at the end although not always finished they are some what playable.

It is pretty interesting to see it all and the amount of work they put in. Yeah some of the streams could do with having better quality but most are streaming from their own home so I doubt the connections are all that great. Plus you need to pay extra for quality above a certain res on twitch I think.
On IRC you get a better sense of what they are doing and what they have planned next as they all talk in there. I think SOS is doing another jam at the same time as well now!
