When you say 'industrial-looking', do you mean buildings of exposed girders and glass, a warm Oxford Street apartment conversion, or more the dirty factory and abandoned machinery sort of look?
Well.... A lot of older case designs were inspired by engines and machinery, so featured elements that were inspired by that.
The first problem is that they're old and not easy to find any more. The second problem is that they weren't really designed with watercooling in mind.
You might find something like a Thermaltake Level 10 GT (designed by BMW, IIRC), or a Corsair C70 works well for you.
Also, these cases had a lot of (badly implemented) RGB, which obviously can be turned off, but they still were designed to appeal to 12 year old gamerz.
Some modern case internals look a bit industrial, but most of them have been streamlined inside and out, so the only way you'd get everything on your checklist is to find something close and customise it.
