Well Mr Jones is finally coming to 4K.

I'm actually quite excited about this, as who doesn't like Indiana Jones. (Number 4 was a pile of stinking ****)


It will be interesting as to the quality of the picture as the films were quite grainy when they first appeared at the cinema. :)

It's a must buy in 4K !:D

I purchased this set today and watched Raiders Of The Lost Ark so far and it is amazing for a 4K and the audio is great too in ATMOS, if you like the movies this really is a must buy, I had it on VHS, Laser Disk, have them still on DVD, BluRay and now 4K.. The 4K is like watching it in the cinema it's that good and never looked this good. So just a heads up for 4K owners, it came out today on 4K.





 
I'll wait for the price to come down, hopefully they do a plain "just the movies" version. I've never been one for watching all the extra rubbish.
 
Existing Indy Jones films on ITunes/AppleTV are now 4K Atmos jobbies! You can get the quadrilogy for £19.99.
 
Just sitting down to watch the iTunes 4K version of Temple of Doom in glorious Atmos.
 
Got about half way in Temple of Doom last night before having to switch off due to family stuff. Kate Capshaw in ATMOS is VERY SHOUTY :o

I’ll resume properly tonight.

Edit: Temple of Doom finished. Great film and since all I’ve ever seen was the TV releases there were parts I don’t remember like the heart removal scene.

I didn’t think much of the Atmos goodness. It is difficult to enjoy the film with so much screaming and shouting from both Short Round and Willie.

been waiting for this to come out - will have to wait until next month to get the discs as Ive spnt too much already this month haha

Its been pretty quiet for decent 4k UHD releases recently - really hoping for some more decent releases before xmas
