Infin8: Nebula vs Swarm

Can someone with more nous enlighten me as to the differences between the Infin8 Nebula and Swarm models? It seems to me that if you add the SLI option to the cheaper model, they're almost identically specced but one is £60 cheaper than the other. Presumably the difference is in the cost of the mobo, which is different, but what difference does the mobo make?

You also get a 500GB SSD with the Swarm so that works out £16 cheaper then.

Slightly different form factor (Nebula is MATX, Swarm is ATX)
Either Mobo is fine though and you really wouldn't notice a difference

Other than that they are the same.
