i want to get some kind of bag to hang up a couple times a week for a better workout. Prob is the house is fairly small/cramped and i'm not sure about hanging one up; i know they come in various weights but i assume too light would be a prob as it would be swinging more. fixing one securely might be an issue too, i'm assuming you need to find a roof floor beam or such. the walls are mostly plasterboard so i think a wall bracket would be out.
