Hey guys.

I'm thinking of getting this card "leadtek a400 tdh 6800 128Mb"

I was also thinking of getting an X800, do you think "leadtek a400 tdh 6800 128Mb" would be just as good as the X800?

Yes.

I "think" the X800GTO would be better.. as it overclocks like a beast and is good enough at stock anyway.
