Is it possiable to burn a .cue file using infrarecorder? Iam struggling to find the answer on google. Ive got an album that has a .mp3 file and a cue file and want to burn to cd with the cue so that it cuts the track up for me.

edit: saying that, looks like IR will do it. Just select Actions, Burn Image... and then select the cue sheet. never tried it with that myself but do have it installed as I've used it for other stuff. Always seemed a decent program for other bits so I guess it should be fine.

Thanks, you mean in audio cd option? Tried it in that option anyway, and it says completed and finished really quick. But doesn't seem to do anything :s

Ok cool, gonna give EAC a go instead.

Is EAC the best to use to rip to .flac? From .flac can you covert to .mp3 easily? If so what software? Thanks again

hmm, not sure then. I have some MP3s/WAVs here with cue sheets but no blank CDs to test it with. Is the cue sheet correct and the audio file(s) in the correct paths? Normally they are in the same location and the cue sheet references the audio file by file name.

I have to go into work over the weekend so if I remember I'll see if I can find some blank CDs to test.

If not try EAC as that definitely should work. ImgBurn is another burner people seem to recommend and the web site for that says it supports CUEs as well.

Sorry I keep asking about differant things. Cheers for your help btw.

Trying to burn a cd using a .cue using EAC and I cant how do you do it?

Right used imgburn to write a cue file, that worked well actually. Only think now, anyone know how to get the track names appear they are written in the cue file-but once burn ive just got track 1/2/3 etc
