Ingame AA or Driver level AA ?

Depends on the game tbh.
Also, your two questions are the same surely, the most efficient one is the one that gives the most performance.

Yeah it definitely depends on the game.
I've had games in the past that wont even run with forced settings but others have much better performance. Best thing to do would be to try both and see what works best for you.

I thought conventional wisdom was always to try ingame AA first. It should be the better implementation, and only if it was buggy, do it at the driver level.
Is that wrong?

I was wondering about this the other day too and made a post but got no replies :'(

I was wondering because if FXAA (680GTX) is meant to be more efficient, should I disable ingame AA and force 2xFXAA? I'm not even sure if enabling FXAA in the Nvidia panel and leaving AA Level at Application is actually enabling FXAA (if that makes sense....)
