Initial 5820k Overclock - OK?

My shiny new rig (see sig) is now up and running. I've had a tentative first go at overclocking using the simple 'dial' option in the Asus BIOS, which gave me 4.1GHz, but lowered my 2400 memory down to 2133. I manually popped the memory back to 2400, and left everything else to auto. I've used the Intel XTU utility to stress test for an hour, temps peaked at around 65 degrees, using a Noctua NH-D15 with one fan. Benchmarked using XTU and got 1593 which compares well with similar systems online.
I'm not too fussed about pushing things much further right now, I've come from a 7 year old Q9450 system so I'm pretty happy to have a 6 core monster running at 4.1GHz!
Is there anything else anyone would advise me to do to consolidate what I've done here?
The base frequency is at 100. Is this OK?
Should I set all cores to 41x rather than just 2?
Should I increase the non-turbo speed?
Should I manually set the CPU voltage?
Anything else?

Sorry for the potentially daft questions...

Leave the base freq at 100MHz.
Change all the core multis
Leave non-turbo speed
Set the voltage manually mate. If you leave it on auto it usually overvolts by a fair amount, meaning more heat.

For a rough idea, try 1.3v at 4.5GHz - test stability/temps. If stable, lower voltages. If not stable, lower multiplier. Retest stability, if stable then lower voltages - if not then lower multi or raise voltage. Keep repeating until you're happy with it.

OK, thanks for that... so for my 4.1GHz clocks, what do you reckon, 1.1, 1.2? I can then nudge up from where I am. What are the stock volts for the 5820k?
 
Well, good advice there. Just changed all multipliers to 41x, and set the CPU volts to 1.1, and load temps have dropped 5 degrees, and XTU score has gone up! Result... :D
 
Generally most chips get about 4.5ghz with 1.3v without much of an issue. Better chips can do 1.25-1.3v. Worse chips slightly more.

If you have good cooling 4.4-4.5ghz shouldn't be much of a problem. 1.3v is out of danger of any damage should you want to push the chip a little further.
