Thought it might be interesting for people to list their current injuries, both serious and funny!
A description would have how would be nice as well ;]

I will start:

Injury :: Cause
Forearm muscle strain :: Unsure, probably just gradually got worse over time

Knee bruising :: walking into a weights rack that I really should have noticed. Got a sweet brown and purple bruise covering the top of my kneecap!

Injury:Annihilated Jaw. Cracks and crunches, can lock in the morning. cause:Started it off taking a few knocks in rugby. Was worsened considerably when I dared a mate to punch me in the face when plastered. Clever.

Twelve days ago, spent five in hospital. The Dr tells me I should regain full use of my hand, it's just going to take months for the nerve to recover. I have to say that it's very strange not being able to use your hand properly, kind of scary really.

not good :/

i remember when i broke my thumb in austria, they stuck a HUGE plaster carst on my wrist and hand. i cried at not being able to cut up my own food, it mentally ****** me up for some reason! it felt wrong :/

injury: Tendonitis - Wrists and forearms
cause: Overuse. These are old injuries I keep at bay with the use of a steroidal herb, that contains cortisone I believe, called Cissus Quadrangularis. Everyone who's used it raves about it, it really does work wonders! Only when you stop using it, if you continue training then symptoms inevitably return after a couple of months :( I'm not currently suffering with this but I'm still taking Cissus though my current supply runs out in 2 weeks, I'm going to see how long I last without it as I've just done 4 months straight without a break.

i am starting to think that my forearm problem is tendonitis, with a touch of RSI thrown in maybe.
so you recommend CQ? could be worth a look into. i havent touched a weight in 2 weeks now (and when i did i just made the problem worse!)

New injury!!

I think (but bloody hope not) that I may have broken my big toe on my right foot. Bugger!
Was playing football in the garden with my 3 year old and stubbed my (admittedly rather large already) big toe. yes, muppet. Will take a pic in a min :D
swelling has gone down but the bruising is coming on (up the toe and across it rather than at the point of impact which is what makes me think it could be broken).

Another new injury (this is annoying now):

While doing negative dips with 20kg between my legs (150kg in total), one of the tendons in my wrist seems to have become hurt :/ its painful to even use my left hand to support me while getting out of a chair :<

on a good note, i was actually able to do a couple of dips @ 150kg. Promising news for my bench 1rm i would have thought (not that I have done BB bench properly in a whole now)!
