My new Inno3d 980Ti Hybrid was working as expected but I turned on my computer this morning and I cannot get any display from it.
I have hooked up a DVI cable to my on-board graphics and managed to get a signal from that, even though the card is still plugged in it is not showing in device manager. Any advice welcome.

Machine spec is in my signature.

Help

What and where would it display something on my motherboard??
Yes the molex is still plugged in and nothing has changed since yesterday (except now it don't work!)
Blue "ichill" logo is lit, slight gurgle from the card if I get real close and listen hard, also the big fan on the rad is spinning as well as the fan on the heat sink and I can feel (or at least I think I can) a slight vibration from the water hoses.

Edit:- Just realised what you meant, there is no code in device manager as the card is not even detected, only the Intel HD 4000 is showing :(

If the card is not detected in device manager then its most likely broken. You could try resetting it in the PCI-E slot or try another PCI-E slot. Then boot windows into safe mode & remove any entries for it within devicemanager.

Then when you reboot if it does not detect its most likely knackered.

Raise an RMA with OCUK on Monday to start that process off is your best course of action now. As your card is new (is it within 28 days from new?) if OCUK find its not working & warranty seals intact you should get a brand new replacement within a few days (only if its 28 days old any older than that you will have to wait for OCUK to return to Inno3D in Hong Kong I believe. That's what happened to my card after 53 days it burnt out similar model to yours except it was air cooled only X3 Ultra Air Boss model. I got a brand new replacement as Inno3D in HK confirmed it had burnt out but took about 3 weeks in total).

measured the back of the molex (the one attached to the gfx card) and it shows 12.04Volts, so it has power on the molex.

Tried using different power connector for the 6+8 pin :- no change.

Reset bios and it came back to life but dropped out again when I configured BIOS and rebooted, it then did this which I found quite odd:-

I had to reset the bios again before the card would work again.......

Anyone seen this before?

You had to reset the bios before the card would work again?

Does that mean it will display a picture or flash like the video with no display?
