I just wanted to check this is a reference card before I pull the plug?

I can't seem to find the info to determine if it is or not?

I am also wanting to go for max overclock due to running the 2 on water, are there better cards to achieve a higher overclock or does it not really matter with the actual cards themselves?

I don't think it will help much but..

The card I have gets to 80oc so fast on the stock cooler I don't think you will get anyone advise you if it clocks well, unless like you they have added water or another cooling unit.

Also no back plate so the 4 ram modules on the back get no cooling

The coolest I have had mine is 70oc at 100% fan load.
