So I've RMA'd my 1060 6GB to INNO3D through OC, I'm fully aware that their RMA facility is in Hong Kong, so I'll likely be waiting towards the end of the 28 day period.
I've had my card for 15 months, never overclocked, never mined. I had knocked one of my display cables and the PC shut off, it had fried the GPU.
I'm wondering has anybody had experience with a GPU RMA from INNO3D? I've heard horror stories of OC just giving silly refunds and claiming rescission even without asking the customer first.
Am I likely to get my card repaired or replaced by INNO3D? If not will OC replace the card with a similar model? Or am I likely going to get ~£50 refund?
Never had issues with OC customer support before so I'm hoping the horror story I heard was simply a one-off thing from a disgruntled customer long ago.
