inno3D RMA Turn Around Time?

OcUK sent my GeForce 285GTX back to inno3D for an RMA two weeks ago. Just wondering if anybody has any experience with inno3D's RMA?
 
My MSI 470 has been gone that long too and OcUK have told me it could be up to 28 days which is a bit poor really imo seeing as it's not as if some techy is going to have it on a bench fixing it, rather than just shipping a replacement out.
I would assume inno3D would be much the same. :(
 
They say 28 days as that is the maximum amount of time it can take.
If it gets to 28 days, drop OcUK an email and ask for a card from stock
 
I hope I get a replacement 285 GTX so I can still use SLi but on the other hand if I get an equivalent card then I'd sell both and a get a 580. :p
