Hey guys,

Sorry for creating such a thread. But, I am wondering if anyone have any Inno3D product. I found a Inno3D 8800GT and I was wondering what their customer support like and their warranty.

Cheers.

I have the 8800gt Inno3D and its a good card, like any other gt. clocks to about 680 core, 1700 shaders on 40% fan speed which is about average. Have not had any problems so have not had to rma/ring support.

I think warranty is 2 years but is voided if you change the stock cooler.
I have this card and with the Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 for it so there goes my warranty.

EDIT: It says warranty is void if: 'If the heatsink or fan is detached causing permanent and non-replaceable GPU damage.)
This might meant changing the stock cooler is allowed.

I had an Inno3D 8800GT, very nice!

I was wondering the same when I first was thinking of buying it as I had never owned an Inno3D product before.

Don't worry, if you can pickup an Inno3D card for a great price grab it, I'm very fussy and I can't fault anything.

I'm now onto a PNY, another brand I never used before and once again no problems.

Its good to check though, especially re the warranty side of things and in this example you have no worries, I've not heard anything bad about Inno3D :)
