Hi there, I am building a new system but stuck on the PSU. Below is my build.
Krypton Z68 600i Intel Core i5 2500K 3.30GHz @ 4.60GHz Overclocked Bundle
Asus P8Z68-V PRO Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX)
Asus ATI Radeon HD 6950 DirectCU II 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Cooler Master HAF X Gaming Tower Case - Black (RC-942)
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-Bit - OEM (GFC-02050)
OCZ ZS Series 750W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB SATA 6Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM (ST2000DL003)
OcUK 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM
Total - £1038.82 (shipping)
My dilemma is that I can get the "OCZ ZS Series 750W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply" for £75
or
"Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 750W V2 High Performance" for £87.98
I am willing to part with and extra £10 or so as I have already overstepped my £1000 margin if the PSU is right.
Now the OSZ 750W comes with free MW3 when it comes out as I was thinking about buying it. This will save me £50 compared to the Corsaire.
My question is the OSZ a reliable PSU for the system I am building? as I usually buy huge branded PSU. I don't wan't to buy decent components then skrimp on the PSU to where it will effect my system.
Thanks for your help!
