Input Lag: Steam Games

Hey all,

I purchased PAYDAY and Trine/2 and both are suffering from terrible input lag.

Monitor: HP2408h
Mouse: Razer Naga
GPU: EVGA 580

All drivers are up to date

I have tried setting pre rendered frames to 0 and V Sync is off

What can I do to fix this?
