input signal out of range change to 1920x1080

Well I have been changing the custom resolution through on the Intel HD on-board graphics.

But now the monitor shows error saying input signal out of range change to 1920x1080, it does get to boot menu however I can't boot from anything and it can't get into safe mode with same problem.

any help??

Have you tried choosing "Enable low-resolution video (640×480)" from the advanced start up menu? (F8 at boot).
