Input Signal Out of Range on BIOS Screen

Hi,

This is a new build and when I boot up my PC I don't see anything except Input Singal Out of Range until Windows has fully loaded. I don't even see the BIOS load screen.

Any ideas what this could be?

I have the ATI 6870 Graphics Card.

Does it do it for all of the cards outputs ?

Only got the one GPU and the motherboard doesnt have built in GPU by the looks.

Does the GPU have multiple outputs ?

Yep tried both the DVIs.

One of them shows the Windows Loading and the other doesnt. Neither show the BIOS screen.

Seems to of started to work fine. Touch wood it's OK now.

One problem I do have is when I press the power button the fans start to turn then it powers off and I have to press the button again.

Any ideas what this may be?

Seems to be back again not changed any thing. Some time it works but rarely.

Any ideas?
