insert ms excel spreadsheet into access possible?

I have fields and attributes within an excel table. is there a way of importing them into ms access? I feel a interface would serve me better rather than clicking all around excel.

help or advice please.

I think if you save it as CSV you can import it into Access.

right click > import > choose your excel file
