I bought a new PSU recently and also upgraded my graphics card, so I decided to strip it all out and start again

Case is a CoolerMaster CM 690

Before I start getting the cable ties out I have a few questions if anybody could help to answer please. Thanks

From my pictures
here is the case with all its gubbins

now, lets start with the PSU

as You can see its on the bottom of this case, the fan I have mounted up like so :

Is that correct or not ? (i do realise there is not a definite answer here, but whats best for me?)
currently got 1 fan out the back, 1 at the front

now this little fellar is for my front fan that can not reach the System fan socket as its right up the top, so ive added an extension to molex which in turn connects to my PSU and to my IcyBox

so my concerns are 1) the GPU is really long and its pulling on the socket as its so dam heavy, is this normal or should i zip tie it up a bit to take the wight off?

photos here if you can see it slanting :

and 2) Routing of cables, how do you think it all looks ?, i know its not all tied up yet
but for instance the CPU and Motherboard power cables :

im in a game currently and my GPU fan has not come on !
probably because I've cleaned it all out, got rid of all the dust and a new PSU (dust free)
